  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 10 to 6. We reserve the right to change our hours without prior notice.

2. Buying and Pawning Items

  • Item Evaluation: All items will be evaluated based on condition, demand, and current market value. We reserve the right to refuse any item.

  • Pawnbroker's Loan Terms: Loan amounts will vary based on the assessed value of the item. All loans are subject to interest rates and fees as permitted by Alabama law.

3. Sales Policies

  • Sales Transactions: All sales are final. We encourage customers to inspect items carefully before purchase.

  • Returns and Exchanges: See our Refunds and Returns Policy.

4. Layaway Policies

  • Layaway Availability: Layaway is available on select items with a minimum deposit of 10% on items under $1,000 and 15% on items $1,000 and above.

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made within 30 days (with 30 day grace period - additional interests will apply). Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of the item and deposit.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Customer Information: We respect your privacy. Personal information collected will be used solely for transaction purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

6. Conduct and Behavior

  • Respectful Environment: We strive to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the premises.

  • Legal Compliance: All transactions are conducted in compliance with Alabama state laws. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to law enforcement.
